"Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that I Frank
J. MacKey the residuary legatee and sole heir at law of Joseph
MacKey late of the County of Sauk in the State of Wisconsin dec
eased and his wife Florence MacKey for and in consideration
of the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid by Myron B. French
of the City of Madison in the State of Wisconsin the receipt whe
reof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and forever quit
claimed and by these presents do grant bargain and forever
quit claim unto him the said Myron B. French an undivided
one half interest in and to all and singular the lands which were
conveyed by Willett S. Main as assignee of the Bank of Madison
to Joseph MacKey and John W. Hudson the deed for which is duly
recorded in Deed Book "J" at pages 803, 804, 805, & 806 public
records of Alachua County Florida Saving and excepting from this
sale all lands contained therein which have been sold and
deeded or which have been contracted to be sold and contr
acted to be deeded heretofore, and it is further understood and
expressly agreed that no lands heretofore sold or bargained
to be sold are included in this quit claim Deed but that
the object for which this deed is executed is to convey to
the said Myron B. French an undivided one half interest
in and to all the over flowed lands which are not inclu
ded in the survey of the MacKey & Hudson Lands as surveyed
by Richard S. Fuller a plot of which is recorded in Deed
Book "J" at page 906 public records of Alachua County and
the said Frank J. MacKey hereby expressly stipulated that by
this deed he does not release any interest or claim which
he has or may have in any lands heretofore sold and con
trantracted to be sold and deeded together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and
to hold the same unto the said Myron B. French his heirs
and assigns forever In witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed our seals on this the 23d day
of February A.D. 1883. }
