I John Haile Executor of the Estate of Mrs Amelia Haile decd
of the County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of
the sun of one hundred and Eighty four dollars to me
in hand paid by Hamp Deas of the County and State afore
said the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have this
day bargained sold and conveyed unto the said Hamp
Deas his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in said County & State afore said
and described as follows viz- Beginning at the S.W. Corner
of Sec 35 T9 Range 18, running N 24 1/2 chains to a Stake
