      G.W.A. McRae and Wife to Ella V. Pack
                     "Deed"
This Indenture made the second day of November one thousand
eight hundred and Eighty one Between G.W.A. McRae & Francis
W. McRae of Banana Putnam County Florida Parties of the first
part and Ella V. Pack wife of B.M. Pack of Melrose of
Alachua County Florida party of the Second part Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part in consideration of the
sum of four hundred dollars ($40000 Dollars to them duly
paid have bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey to the said party of the second part
and to her heirs and assign forever all that certain Lot
or parcel of land lying & being in the Town of Melrose County
of Alachua & State of Florida & described on the map of said Town
as Lot number Seventeen (17) Bounded as follows to wit: on the
North by lot No Eighteen (18) on the East by Front Street on the
South by Park Street & on the West by Lot twenty four (24)
and containing one hundred and fifty feet in the square said Lot
being situate in that portion of the town of Melrose embraced
in Section Thirteen (13) Town nine (9) South of Range Twenty two (22)
East with all the appurtenances and all the estate right title
and interest of the said parties of the first part therein and
the said G.W.A. McRae & Francis W. McRae do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said party of the second part her heirs
