Alden Speare & Wife to Edward I. Robinson
               "Quit Claim Deed"
This Indenture made the twenty third day of February in the Year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and eighty three between
Alden Speare and Caroline M. Speare his wife of the County of Mid
dlesex and State of Massachusetts of the first part and Edward I.
Robinson of the county of Duval and State of Florida Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Two Hundred (20000) Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the
Second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever All that certain piece or parcel of land situate and
lying in Brushes addition to Gainesville in Alachua County
and State of Florida and described as follows that is to say Beginning
for the same at the south west corner of Block six (6) and
running thence northerly bounding on the west line
of said block, one hundred (100) feet thence easterly parallel
to the south boundary line of said block one hundred and
three (103) feet Thence southerly parallel to the west boundary
line of said block one hundred (100) feet to the south bound
ary line of said block and thence westerly bounding on
said south boundary line one hundred and three (103)
feet to the place of beginning Together with all and sin
gular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
and also all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the above
described premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances To have and to hold all and singular the above
mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever In witness whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year
