Alachua State of Florida Known and
described as follows NE corner of SE1/4
of NW1/4 of section 1 T 8 R 18. East containing
2 Acres. To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining to the said Francis Richardson
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute for ever.
And the said S.S. Fagan and Agnes his wife
for themselves and for their heirs executors administrat
-tors, and assigns do covenant and agree to
and with the said Francis Richardson.
That they will and their heirs executors administrators
and assigns shall for ever warrant and defend
the title to the above described premises against all
and every parson whomsoever. Lawfully claiming the
same. In witness whereof we have here unto set
our hand and affix our seal on the 7th day of

Agnes A. Fagan to me well known as the wife 
of S.S. Fagan who being examined by me separately
and a part from her said husband acknowledged 
before me that she renounced and relinquished all her
dower and right of dower in and to the described lands
in the foregoing deed of conveyance and that she did the
same freely & voluntarily and without any constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
