Alachua County } Be it remembered that on this
sixteenth day of February 1883, personally appeared
before me Mrs. Delphia A. Hart to me well known as
the wife of D.C. Hart and one of the parties to the fore
going Deed of conveyance who being examined by me sep-
arate and apart from her said husband says that
she executed the foregoing deed and that she hereby
relinquished all her right of dower and claim to the
foregoing property for the consideration expressed and
of her own free will and accord and without
fear of her said husband or other person.

says he saw Delphia Hart and D.C. Hart her
