that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration 
of the sum of sixty Dollars lawful money of the United
States of American to them in hand paid by the said part
of the second part the receipt whereof is here by acknowled
ged have granted bargained bargained sold aliened rem
ised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargaining sell alien remise release convey and 
confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot tract or
parcel of land situate lying and being in the county of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described on the 
public maps of said state as the North half of the North east
quarter of the North west quarter of section Three in Township
Eight South of Range Twenty one East containing Twenty 
acres more or less (N 1/2 of N.E. 1/4 of N.W. 1/4 sec, 3, T, 8, S, R, 21.E.)
Together with all and singular the rights and privileges tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances hereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title inter
est property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of
in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances To have and to hold the above granted bargain
ed and described premises with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his and
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever and the said
party of the first part himself as administrator does covenant
promise and agree to and with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns that the said J. Eli Gregg at the
time of his death was lawfully seized in fee in his own right
of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance by
deed of and in all and singular the above granted bargained
and described premises with the appurtenances to the same be
longing and has good right full power and lawful authority
to Grant bargain sell and convey the same in manner aforesaid
and that the said party of the second party his heirs and
assigns shall and may at all times hereafter peaceably and
quietly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the above
granted premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances without any let suit trouble molestation
eviction or disturbance of the said party of the first
part his successors or assigns or any other person or
persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same. In Test
