State of Florida} Whereas under and by virtue of
a decree of foreclosure of mortgage granted by the Hon
James M. Baker Judge of the 4th circuit court of Florida
but sitting and holding in and for Alachua County
5th Judicial District state of Florida over Hon James
D. Dawkins Judge of said last named circuit disqual
ified from acting by reason of physical disability
at chambers on the 12th day of December 1882 and by
virtue of an order of the said Judge James M.
Baker acting Judge of the said court granted
at chambers on the 12th day of December AD 1882, and
to me directed in a certain cause wherein J.R. Adk-
ins was complainant and Daniel C. Hart for Emma
Hart and W.B. Hart was defendants I Alfred W.
Roysdon as special master duly and legally app
ointed by order of Hon James M. Baker acting
Judge of said court at chambers on the 16th day of
December AD 1882 to levy upon and sell the property
hereinafter set forth have pursuant to said order
duly and legally levied upon the property hereinafter
