of foreclosure and said order of appointment afore
said have duly advertised the said property for sale
on the 5th day of March AD 1883 according to law and
whereas on the said 5th day of March AD 1883 I did as special 
master as aforesaid duly sell the said property hereinafter
described under and by virtue of the said decree of foreclos
ure and of said order of appointment at public outcry before
the court House door in the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua
State of Florida and whereas at said sale Fannie M. Mills
became the purchaser of said property hereinafter described
at and for the sum of six Hundred Dollars that being the
highest best and last bid for the same at said sale
and she the said Fannie M. Mills being the bidder thereof
now therefore Know all men by these presents that the said
Alfred W. Roysdon as such special master as aforesaid
under and by virtue of the said decree of foreclosure
and under and by virtue of the levy advertisement and
sale made thereunder and for and in consideration
of the said sum of six Hundred Dollars to me as
special master as aforesaid cash in hand on this day
paid by the said Fannie M. Mills the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged I have granted bargained sold
transferred aliened and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm
unto her the said Fannie M. Mills and to his heirs
and assigns the following described property to wit: All
that certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and 
being in the county of Alachua State of Florida and
better known and described as Fractional section eig
hteen (18) in Township Eleven (11) Range Twenty (20) con
taining 281 more or less Together with all and
singular the rights tenements and hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise ap
pertaining To have and to hold the said described prem
ises unto her the said Fannie M. Mills and to her
heirs and assigns executors and administrators forever
in fee simple absolute as fully as I the said Alfred
W. Roysdon as special master as aforesaid am lawf
ully authorized and empowered to make and to do In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
on this the 5th day of March 1883. AD
