Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that we W. Colclough (widower) O.C. Colcloughly and
Chas A Colclough her husband of the afore said County
and State for and inconsideration of the sum of
Five hundred and fifty ($55000) dollars to them in hand
paid by J.M. Hallows of the county of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby ack
nowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
him the said J.M. Hallows all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known and
described as follows to wit: A fractional part of Section Eight
(8) in Township Ten (10) South Range Twenty (20) East partic
ularly described as follows to wit: Beginning at a point Thirty
(30) feet south of and from the centre of the Florida Tran
sit Rail Road track which point is located 25 feet west
erly thence South Thirty four degrees west Nine (9) chains
and sixty Eight (68) links links to a stake Thence north Seventy
Eight degrees East nine (9) chains and fifty Links: thence
North six (6) Chains and Eighty (80) links to a point
(30) Thirty feet South of and from the centre of the
Florida Transit Rail Road track Thence in a westerly
direction along a ling parallel to and thirty feet
from the centre of the said "Transit Rail Road" track
to the point of beginning containing Four Acres and
Eighty one hundredths of an acre more or less ex
clusive of the Right of way of the Florida Southern
Railway containing by estimation 4.8/100 acres of land
