This Indenture made and entered into this Feby 1st 1883,
by and between John J. Barr and wife Susan D. Barr who
joins in this indenture for the purpose of relinquishing and
conveying all her right of Dower in and to the premises
herein after described of the first part and Cornelius W.
Merry of the second part all parties being of the State
of Florida and Alachua County Witnesseth that the par
ties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
five hundred ($50000) Dollars the receipt of which is hereby
