purtenances and improvements to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining to the said party of the
second part his heirs executors and assigns and the parties
of the first part further warrants the titles to the same and
will forever defend them from any persons claiming said
described lands to the party of the second part In witness

Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this the 1st day
of April A.D. 1876. Between Robert W. Campbell and Henry
C. Parker both of the State and County aforesaid Witnesseth
that the said Robert W. Campbell for and in consideration
of the sum of Two Thousand dollars lawful money of
the United States to him In hand paid by the said Henry
C. Parker the receipt hereof Is hereby acknowledged
