hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents
doth grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the
said Henry C. Parker his heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever all and singular that certain piece or
parcel of land lying and being In the State and County
aforesaid and described more particularly as follows to wit:
The west half of the North East quarter of the north west quarter
Section thirty Four also the South Half of the North East
quarter the north Half of the south East quarter section
thirty three Township seven Range Ninteen East containing Two
hundred and Eighty acres more or less. Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging and the reversions remainders rents Issues and
profits thereof and the estate title and interest thereof of the said
Robert W. Campbell to said parcel or piece of land thereof In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal

I Fannie W. Campbell wife of the within named Robt W. Campbell
wife of the within named Robt W. Campbell for the within
consideration and other valuable considerations doth hereby
relinquish all my right of dower or possibility of dower
in to or out of the within described premises unto the
said Henry C. Parker his heirs and assigns for ever Witness
my hand and seal this 1st day of April A.D. 1876.

came Robert W. Campbell and Fannie W. Campbell his
wife who severally acknowledged that they signed
the within conveyance for the purposes therein specified
and the said Fannie W. Campbell upon a separate exam
ination says she signed her dower freely voluntari
ly and without compulsion from her said husband
