Alachua County   } This indenture made this the 26th
day of March in the year One thousand Eight hundred
and Eighty one between Caroline Johnson and her
husband Francis C. Johnson of the city of Atlanta
and State of Georgia of the first part and Levi
Hickson Johnson of the county of Alachua and state
of Florida of the second part Witnesseth that for and
in consideration of the sum of six hundred Dollars
to them in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged the said parties of the first part
have given granted bargained sold and delivered
and by these presents do so give grant bargain sell
and deliver to the said party of the second part the
following described and named plantation or
parcel of Land. That is to say, Two hundred & sixty
& 2/100 Acres of land in the north west quarter of the lot
of land known as the Moses E. Levy grant in lot
number (11) Eleven also the reserve from the south west
quarter of same number sold to Moses Fryermouth
and known as the "Wills Field" Also that part of
the North East quarter of lot number Eleven of the
Twenty thousand Acre grant formerly owned by
