Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments 
and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold 
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs 
and assigns in fee simple absolute title forever. and the said 
parties of the first part do hereby covenant to and 
with the said party of the second part that they are
lawfully seized of said above described land and they
have good and lawful right to convey the same and
that the parties of the first part their heirs execu
tors and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto the said party of the second
part his heirs executors administrators and assigns against 
the lawful demands and claims of all persons whom
soever now claiming or who may hereafter claim the 
same In witness whereof the said parties of the first part
hereunto set their hands and seals on the day and date

appeared Mrs. O.C. Colclough wife of Charles A. Colclough 
one of the grantors in the foregoing conveyance who 
being first duly questioned and examined by me 
separate and apart from her said husband ack
nowledges that she signed the same for the purposes 
of conveying her title therein and that She did the
same freely and voluntarily and without constraint 
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband this
March 7th 1883.
