     Charles F. McCay & Wife to Richard McIlwaine
                     "Deed"

State of Maryland  }  This Indenture made this thirteenth
day of February Eighteen hundred and Eighty three between
Charles F. McCay of said State and City and Narcissa
McCay his wife parties of the first part and Richard
McIlwaine of said State and City party of the second part
witnesseth that in consideration of Eighty dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said parties of
the first part have granted bargained sold and conv-
eyed and by these presents do hereby grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part
his heirs executors administrators and assigns all the
following lots or parcel of land situate lying and being
in the Town of Archer in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and Known as lots one two
six seven sight nine and Ten in block Thirteen
in said town of Archer. Also lots six seven and
Eight in Block one and lots six and seven in
Block eleven and lots seven Eight nine and Ten in
Block Twenty seven in the town of Waldo Alachua
County State of Florida To have and to hold all the
above described lots or parcels of land together with
all the rights and priviledges immities easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
unto the said party of the second part his heirs execu
tors administrators and assigns as his absolute prop
erty in fee simple forever and the said parties of
the first part for themselves their heirs executors ad
ministrators and assigns the title to the above descri
bed premises against all persons claiming under them
or against any other lawful claimant In Testimony where
of the said parties of the first part have hereto set
their hands and affixed their seals in the day and
Year first above written.  }
