qualified Charles F. McCay and Narcissa McCay his
wife to me well Known to be the persons who ex
ecuted the foregoing Indenture by them sealed and
subscribed: and the said Charles F. McCay and
Narcissa McCay acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned. Witness my hand and

to me on a private examination made separate and
apart from her said husband acknowledge and declare
that she made herself a party to and executed the same
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing all and
every dower or right of dower in and to the lands in said
Indenture described and that the same was done by her
freely and voluntarily and without any constraint appre
hension or fear of or from her said husband the said Charles
