of the second part witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of seven Hundred
dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them
in hand paid by the said parties of the second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained

firmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell assign
transfer convey release remise confirm and make over unto

which is on file in the Clerks office of Alachua County
as Lot (2) Two in block (26) Twenty six fronting on John
son street and running to the right of way of the Penin
sular Rail Road and being the land conveyed to said Mary
A. Bell by Henry W. Reed and to Henry W. Reed by J.M. Hawthorn
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain
ing and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title
interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the above described premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To
have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned
and described premises together with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns

relinquishing conveying confirming and making over all
my right and claim in and to the lands therein desc
ribed and granted and that I make this deed title and
transfer freely and voluntarily and without any fear
