for and in consideration of the sum of one Thousand
nine hundred and seventy seven 50/100 dollars to the parties
of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged have granted bargained sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said par
ties of the second part their heirs and assigns in fee
simple all of that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the county of Alachua and State of Florida and
described as follows to wit: Commencing at the north west
corner of section thirty (30) in Township Ten (10) South
Range Twenty two (22) East thence South four chains
and fifty links to a corner in a pond and on the section
and Range line thence south on said line one hundred
and seventy Eight links thence one hundred and Eighty
two links across the Florida Southern Rail way to a
corner on the south side of said road Thence South
Thirty two chains thence north 86° East Eighteen chains
thence north 2° 30' West Thirty two chains and Eighty links
in ninty one links of said Rail Road and running south
ward in ninty one links of said Rail back to the
corner on the south side of said Rail Road and on
the section and Range line Containing Fifty Eight acres
and thirty two hundredths of an acre (58.02) Beginning
again North 86° East sixteen chains and twenty links
from corner in pond thence North 86° East thirty six chains
and ten links (36.10) to centre of Lochlusa Creek thence
following the meanderings of said creek within ninty
one links of the Rail Road back o place of beginning this is
in the shape of a triangle and contains twenty acres and
seventy eight hundredths of an acre (20.78) In all Seventy
nine acres and then hundredths of an acre This deed includ
ed all the land Levi Jones owns on the North side of
said Rail Road To have and to hold the above describ
ed to the said parties of the second part their heirs and
assigns together with the rights members and appurtenances
thereunto being belonging or in any manner appertaining
and the said parties of the first part for themselves their
heirs executors administrators and assigns the tittle to the ab
ove bargained sold and conveyed premises will forever
warrant and defend against all legal claims and dem
