Moses E. Levy and latterly belonging to
James A. Turner bordering on what is
known as the Frinson Pond beginning at an
Oak stake on the south line of said north
East quarter running in a north direction
to the blazes thence on the blazes to the line dividing
said north East quarter from the North west quarter
of said lot and grant to the blazed trees an Elm
an Oak and an Ash.
This blazed line only to stand until a road can be made
west of where the stood when deeded said Turner
to said Hickson it being the established line between
the north East quarter of said lot and grant situate
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida. To have
and to hold the above mentioned and described
premises to the party of the second part his heirs and
assigns as against us our heirs and assigns in
fee simple.

and affixed our seals this the 26th day of March AD 1881

State aforesaid Mrs Caroline Johnson wife of Francis C.
Johnson who on a private examination separate and a
part from her said husband acknowledged that she
signed the fore going indenture of her own free will
and for the purpose there in set forth and that
without any fear apprehension or compulsion she
hereby relinquishes her right of dower to the same
