County of Alachua } Personally appeared before
the undersigned Levi Jones and his wife Eliza Jones
and acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed
for the purpose of conveying the land therein described
to John G. Dent and Wm H.H. Holdridge and the said
Eliza Jones upon an examination made by me separate and
apart from her husband acknowledged that she made
herself a party to said conveyance for the purpose of
relinquishing all dower and right of dower in the lands
therein mentioned and that she did so freely and vol
untarily and without any fear constraint or compuls
ion from her said husband.

               "Deed"
This Indenture made this the Eighteenth day of June
in the Year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Eighty
between Williamind D. Downing Trustee for Bennett
Franklin Dell Ellen Louisa Dell and Mary Lee Dell surving
children of Simon Dell Late of Alachua County party
of the second part all of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of one dollar Lawful money of the United
States to her in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents and the conditions of a deed
of Trust from my husband the said Simon Dell dated
the second day of Sept AD 1868. And for the further
consideration of the natural Love and affection the said
party of the first part has for her said Son Bennett
Franklin Dell have bargained sold granted given and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell give
and convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever All that certain peice
or parcel of Land lying and being situate in the County
and State aforesaid and more particularly known and des
cribed as so much of that certain tract of land deeded
to the said Simon Dell by Geo R. Fairbanks in sections
