seven 7 and Eighteen 18 Township seven 7, South of Range
Eighteen East as Lay East of Rays Trail or More recently known
as the Bellamy Road containing two hundred and fifty five acres
more or less Also Lot numbers Two Section Twenty four Township
seven 7 South Range Seventeen East containing Sixty four acres
more or less Together with All and singular the tenements heredit
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper
taining and all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of
the party of the first part in and to the above described premises
and every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold The above granted
bargained and described premises with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his and
their own proper use and behoof forever and the said party
of the first part for her heirs executors and administrators do hereby
covenant with the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns that at the time of the delivery of these presents the
said party of the first part is the lawful owner in Trust of the
premises above granted and signed thereof in absolute that they
are free from all encumbrances that the said party of the first 
part has good right to sell give and convey the same to the
party of the second part, as aforesaid and that the said party
of the first part her heirs and administrators the above descr
ibed and hereby granted given and conveyed premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against
the said party of the first part her heirs and against all
and every person and persons whomsoever Lawfully claiming or
to claim the same shall and will warrant and by 
these presents forever defend. In witness whereof the said party
of the first part have hereunto set her hand and seal this
day and year first above written.
