Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I Sallie J. Perry of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of $5,000. 00/100 dollars to me
in hand paid by John O. Dent and Wm H.H. Holdridge of the
County of La Selle in the State of Illinois the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto them the said John O. Dent and Wm H.H. Hold
ridge all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in County of Alachua in the State
of Florida Particularly Known and described as follows to wit:
All of section (19) lying west of Lockloosa Creek Township
(10) Range (22) east south 1/2 North east 1/4 and south
east 1/4 of section twenty four Township (10) Range 21 East
containing 240 acres a narrow strip on northern
boundary line of section (30) Township (10) Range (22)
east commencing at the head of the big ditch and
running east to the creek all situate in Alachua
County Florida also Lots (19) ninteen (17) seventeen (23)
Twenty three (21) seventy one (9) nine as described and
numbered in the Town platt of Magnesia springs
being in the North East quarter of section (25) twenty
five Township (10) Ten Range (21) Twenty one all of the
above lands lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida containing by estimation 450 acres
of land more or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to
hold the same unto them the said John O. Dent and
Wm H.H. Holdridge and to their heirs executors adminis
trators and assigns in fee simple absolute and I
the said Sallie J. Perry do hereby covenant and agr
ee to and with the said John O. Dent and Wm H.H. Holdridge
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever
and that I will and my heirs executors and administra
tors shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto them the said John O. Dent and Wm H.H. Holdridge and to
their heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whom
soever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
