ation herein before expressed the New England Trust
Company Trustees under a certain mortgage given by
the Florida Southern Railway Company does hereby
forever release and discharge the above described land
from the effect and operation of said trust Mortgage
and releases and discharges all lein or right to lein upon
said land by reason of said Mortgage. In witness where
