after purchase at public sale under judicial process
the lands hereinafter described now holds them in trust
for the persons named and to convey to them their several
interests in said land he executes deeds of conveyance to
that end This deed in between him as party of the first
part and Alexander Gallie as party of the second part and
Mary A. Papy the wife of Francis B. Papy executes the deed
for the purpose of relinquishing any interest she may have
in the lands named and it witnesseth that the party of
the first part in consideration of five dollars to him
in hand paid sells grants and conveys to the party of the
second part the following described lands viz: Two hundred
and fifteen acres of land part and parcel of a tract of
six hundred and twenty acres of land described as
follows a portion of which tract lies in the County of
Columbia and a part in the county of Alachua in the
State of Florida Viz: The East half of the south east
quarter of section Twenty nine the south half and
north east quarter and the south east quarter of the
north west quarter and the south half of the north east
quarter of the north west quarter of section Thirty two
all in Township seven south Range seventeen south and
east containing by estimation six hundred and Twenty
acres The land conveyed by this deed is an undiv
ided interest in this tract equal to two hundred
and fifteen acres To have and to hold the above described
lands and interest therein to the said party of the sec
ond part his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple

A. Papy have hereunto set our hands and seals this the
