Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I Sallie J. Perry of the aforesaid county and State
for and in consideration of the sum of One dollars to
me in hand paid by John O. Dent of the county of La
Sell in the State of Illinois the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto him the said John O. Dent all of the certain lots pieces
tracts or parcels of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known and
described as follows to wit as lots (1) one Lot (3) three
and Lot (11) Eleven as laid out and platted of the town
of Magnesia Springs being in the North east quarter
of section (25) Twenty five Township (10) Ten Range (21)
Twenty one East containing by estimation 12 Acres of land
more or less Together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or un any
wise appertaining To have and to hold the same unto him
the said John O. Dent and to his heirs executors and adminis
trators and assigns in fee simple absolute and I the said
Sallie J. Perry do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said John O. Dent that I am lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and def
end the same unto him the said John O. Dent and to
his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
