                    "Deed"

Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
we Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer her husband of the afore
said county and state for and in consideration of the sum
of Two hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Aleck De
Bose of the county of Alachua in the state of Florida par
ticularly Known and described as follows to wit the south
East qr S.E. 1/4 of the of the NE 1/4 North east qr of sec          
(1) one Township (10) ten Range (18) Eighteen South & east
containing by estimation Forty acres of land more or less To
gether with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper
taining To have and to hold the same unto the said
Aleck DeBose and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute and we the said Ella
Palmer & Frank Palmer her husband do hereby covenant
and agree to and wit the said Aleck DeBose that we
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and
that we will and our heirs executors and adminis
trators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said Aleck DeBose and
