Amelia Haile To John Green
                              Deed
State of Florida }
Alachua County    }  Know all men by these presents
that I Amelia Haile of the County and state aforesaid
in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars
to me in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged have bargained sold and released and
by these presents do bargain sell and release unto
John Green his heirs and assignses of the county and
state aforesaid all that tract of land lying being
and situated in the said County and State to wit:
Beginning at the south west corner of William Fishers
land running East (40) chains to a steak thence North
12.75/100 chains to a steak thence West 40 chains to a
steak Thence south 12.75/100 chains to a stake the point
of beginning containing 50 acres more or less situated
in Section 35 Township 9 Range 18 and I do hereby
bind myself my heirs executors and administrators
to warrant and forever defend the title of the land
aforesaid unto the said John Green his heirs and
assigns against all persons lawfully claiming or to
claim the same         }

Haile who being duly sworn says that he saw the
foregoing deed signed and sealed for the uses and
purposes therein set forth and that he and T.E. Haile
Jr. in the presence of each other signed the same
as subscribing witnesses     }
