Alachua County   }    Agnes Fagan To Boliver Small
                                "Deed"
             Know all men by these presents
that we S.S. Fagan & Agnes Fagan his wife of
the county of Alachua and state of Florida for and
in consideration of the sum of 10 Dollars to us in hand
paid by Boliver Small of the county of Alachua and
state of Florida. The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and sold and do by these
presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Boliver Small his heirs executors administrators
and assigns for ever the following described lot or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the
county of Alachua state of Florida known and
described as follows North East corner of South East
1/4 of NW1/4 sec 1 T 8 south Range 18 E. containing
(2.Acres) Two Acres)
To have and to hold the above granted bargained
and described premises with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining to the
said Boliver Small his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute for for ever
and the said S.S. Fagan and Agnes E. Fagan his wife
for themselves and for their heirs executors and adminis
-trators and assigns do covenant and agree to
and with the said Boliver Small that they will
and their heirs executors administrators and assigns
shall forever warrant and defend the Title to the 
above described premises against all & every person
who soever claiming the same.
