to me in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged have bargained sold and released
and by these presents do bargain sell and release
unto Caroline Brown her heirs and assignses of
the County and state aforesaid all of that tract of
land lying and being and situated in said County
and state to wit Beginning at the south east corner
of Marcus Greens tract running south 12 chains + 7
links Thence west 28 chains and 75 links thence North
12 chains and 7 links Thence East 28 chains and 75
links to point of beginning containing 33 1/2 acres
all in Section 27. T9. R18E. and I do hereby bind (S.H.W)
myself my heirs Executors and administrators to
warrant and forever defend the title of the land
aforesaid unto the said Caroline Brown
her heirs and assignees against all persons
lawfully claiming or to claim the same

State of Florida County of Alachua this Indenture
made this the thirtieth day of December AD 1882 between
Jessee H. Goss and Rebecca P. Goss his wife of the first
part and Anthony Parker of the second part witnesseth
That the parties of the first part for and in consider
ation of the sum of Twelve 50/100 dollars to them in hand
paid paid by the party of the second part the Receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged by these present do
sell grant release and confirm unto the party of
the second part his heirs and assigns certain lots
or parcel of land in Alachua County State of Florida
