R1 Two hundred feet North and south by one hundred
twenty five East and west in section nine (S 9) Township
T (T 10) Range Twenty (R 20) south East together with
the members rights tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and also the estate right title interest
and claim of dower of in and to all and singular the
premises aforesaid to have and to hold the said lands in
fee simple.  and the parties of the first part do bind them
selves their heirs executors and administrators and each of
them to warrant and defend forever the title to said premises
unto the second part his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the claims of all persons claiming or to
claim under by or through the parties of the first part I
witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto

separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged
that she signed sealed and delivered and delivered the
above deed for the purpose of relinquishing her dower to
the premises therein described and that said relinquish
ment and renunciation of dower is made freely and
voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
