Barnes wife of Louis A. Barnes the grantor in the foregoing con
veyance who being first duly questioned and examined by
me separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed
of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right of separate estate in and to the
land in said deed described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of separate estate was done and made by
her, freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

Fulton County    }  This indenture made and entered
into this 25th day of June A.D. 1880 Between Wm Markh-
am and Amanda D. Markham his wife resident of Atlanta
County of Fulton and State of Georgia the said
Amanda D. Markham joining in the deed for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her right
& title to dower in the premises hereinafter conveyed of
the first part and George C. Rixford of Rixford in
the County of Suwannee in the State of Florida of
the second part witnesseth that the party of the first
