for and in consideration of sum of Two hundred
dollars to them paid the receipt of which is hereby ack
nowledged have granted bargained and sold & by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey to the party
of the second part his heirs and assigns all of a certain
tract or parcel of land lying and situate in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida and in section Thirty
thirty three (33) Township Eight (8) South of range twenty
two (22) east and lying near the residence of Ellis
Estate and J.B. Earle and near what is Known as the
Balmoral Hotel and bounded on the east by Santa
Fe Lake on the north by the land sold to Mrs. Maggie
Wickersham on the west by what is Known as Vic
toria avenue and on the South by land sold to
the said Maggie Wickersham and Henry Gillman
by M.L. Earle containing ten acres more or less
To have and to hold to the said property of the Second
part his heirs and assigns with all the right title and
priviledges of the party of the first part in any
manner thereunto appertaining or belonging.

certify that the said Amanda D. Markham having been
first examined privately and separately and apart
from her said husband acknowledged to me that she
had renounced and relinquished all her right title
and dower in and to the land conveyed in the said
