                           "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this the second
day of February A.D. 1880, between Alexr N. Wilson and Helen
M. Wilson his wife residents of Savannah in the State
of Georgia the said Helen M. Wilson joining in the
deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
her right and title to dower in the premises herein
after conveyed of the first part and William Mar
Kham of the City of Atlanta in the State of Georgia
of the second part witness that the party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum three hundred
dollars to them paid the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns
all of a certain tract or parcel of land lying
and situate in the County Alachua in the State
of Florida and in section Thirty three (33)
Township Eight (8) South of range Twenty Two (22)
East and lying near the residence of Elias Earle
and J.B. Earle and near what is Known as the Bal-
moral Hotel and bounded on East by Santa Fe Lake
on the north by Lands sold to Mrs. Maggie Wickersham
on the west by what is Known as Victoria Avenue and
on the South by lands sold to Henry Gillman
the said lands having been sold to said Maggie
Wickersham and Henry Gillman by M.L. Earle con
taining Ten acres more or less To have and to hold
to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns
with all the right title and privileges of the parties
of the first part in any manner thereto appertaining
or belonging In testimony whereof we have hereunto
set our hand and affixed our seal this the second
day of February A.D. 1880  }
