State of Florida for the state of Georgia do hereby
certify that Alexander N. Wilson and Helen M.
Wilson his wife to me personally Known appeared
before me and acknowledged to me that they had
executed the foregoing Deed to William Markham
for the purposes therein stated and I do further
certify that the said Helen M. Wilson having been
first examined privately and separately and a
part from her said husband acknowledged to me
that she had renounced and relinquished all her
right and title to dower in and to the land con
veyed in the said Deed and that she did the same
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband.

Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this 8th
day of March A.D. 1883, between Samuel V. Gaskins of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and his wife Ama-
nda M. Gaskins who joins her husband in this convey
ance for the purpose of relinquishing her dower in the
lands hereinafter described parties of the first
part and Eliza H. Gaskins of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the second part witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum of four
hundred Dollars to the parties of the first part paid
