ted bargained sold and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that
certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the
county of Alachua State of Florida and described as
follows to wit: the North East quarter of the North East
quarter of Section Nine (9) Township Ten (10) South
Range Twenty Two (22) East containing forty acres
more or less To have and to hold the above described
land to the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns Together with the rights members and appur
tenances thereunto being belonging or in any wise
appertaining And the said parties of the first part for
themselves their heirs executors administrators and assig
ns the title to the above bargained sold and conveyed
premises will forever warrant and defend against

undersigned Samuel V. Gaskins and his wife Mrs. Ama
nda M. Gaskins and acknowledged that they executed
the foregoing deed for the purpose of conveying the
land therein described to Eliza H. Gaskins and the
said Mrs. Amanda M. Gaskins upon an examination
made by me separate and apart from her husband
acknowledges that she made herself a party to said
conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing all dower
and right of Dower in the lands therein mentioned
and that she did so freely and voluntarily and without
any fear constraint or compulsion from her said
husband
