aforesaid county and State for and in Consideration
of the sum of Four hundred & seventy four Dollars to
us in hand paid by John P. Breedlove of the county of
Macon in the State of Alabama the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these present do grant bargain
sell and convey unto him the said John P. Breedlove our
undivided half interest of that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the coun
ty of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
Known and described as follows to wit: The east
half of the east half less Eighteen acres off the south
part and sixteen acres east side south forty of
the west half of the east half of section nineteen (19) Town
ship Ten (10) Range Twenty one (21) containing by estimation
one hundred and Fifty Eight acres (158) land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise app
ertaining to have and to hold the same unto him the said John
P. Breedlove and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute and we the said Cassie
M. and her husband M.B. Harrison do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said John P. Breedlove that we are
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby con
veyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same that the same is free from all encumbra
nces of any Kind whatsoever and that we will and our
heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him the said John
P. Breedlove and to his heirs executors administrators and assig
ns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
