Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
We Lula and her husband Jas H. Harrison of the afore
said county and State for and in consideration of the
sum of Four hundred and Seventy four dollars to us in
hand paid by John P. Breedlove of the County of Macon
in the State of Alabama the receipt whereof we do here
by acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto him the said John P. Breedlove our und
ivided half interest all of that certain lot piece tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the state of Florida particularly Known
