Fagan to me well known as the wife of S.S. Fagan
who being examined by me separate and a part
from her said husband acknowledged before me
that she renounced and relinquished all her dower
and right of dower in and to the Lands described
in the fore going deed of conveyance and that she
did the same freely and voluntarily and without
any constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband.
