Together with all and singular the tenements hered
itaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining To have and to hold the same unto him
the said John P. Breedlove and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and we
the said Lula and Jas Harrison do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said John P. Breedlove that
we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that we
will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said John P. Breedlove and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claim
ing or hereafter to claim the same In witness whereof we have

Mrs. Lula Harrison wife of Jas H. Harrison the grantor in
the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right
of separate estate in and to the land in said deed describ
ed and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
separate estate was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
