   David G. Harvard Et al to Samuel C. Tucker Trustee
                 "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that we David G. Harvard and F.E. Harvard husband and
wife of the State and County aforesaid for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty
dollars to us in hand paid by Mrs. E. Denton the Grand
master of the Cesqui Trust hereinafter mentioned have
granted bargained sold and conveyed unto Samuel C.
Tucker Trustee for Claudia Stewart Tucker (William Augus
tus Tucker and Clara Clifford Tucker Children of the said
Samuel C. Tucker all of the following described piece parcel
or tract of land to wit: being and lying in Alachua
County State of Florida and Particularly described
as follows to wit commencing at a stake on the South
boundary line of section (21) Township (10) Range (19)
S & E running North Two (2) chains and seventy five
links to a Stake the point of beginning. thence North
30° West Eight Chains and fifty Eight links to a
Stake to within sixty feet of Florida Rail Road
thence East 60° North Six (6) Chains and Thirty two
and a half (32 1/2) links to a stake Thence south Thir
ty degrees (30°) degrees East Eight (8) chains and fifty
Eight (58) links to a stake Thence West Sixty (60) degrees
south six (6) chains and Thirty two and a half (32 1/2)
links to the point of beginning containing Five 42/100
acres lying and being in Section (21) Township (10)
Range (19) S & E - Together with all and singular the ten
ements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belon
ging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the
same unto him the said Samuel C. Tucker Trustee
as aforesaid in fee simple absolute forever. The
of this Deed is as follows to wit: Whereas on the
first day of March A.D. 1877 W the Grantors herein
made signed sealed executed and delivered a deed
of conveyance to the Cesqui trust herein but
failed to State that Samuel C. Tucker was the
Trustee for the same therefor be it Known that
