Martha D. Jackson to J. Simonson

State of Florida}
Alachua County  }  Know all men by these presents that
I Martha D. Jackson Widow of the aforesaid county and
State for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and fifty dollars to me in hand paid by J. Simonson of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto him the said J. Simonson all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the county of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly Known and described as follows to wit:
Lots Nos Eleven (11) Twelve (12) Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14)
the same being subdivisions of what is Known as Lot No
three (3) of the North west quarter of Sec Five (5) in Townsh
ip Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East the same being
a part of what is Known as Browns Addition to Gainesv
ille each of said Lots being one hundred and fifty seven
and a half feet from East to west by one hundred
and fifty seven and a half feet from North to South
saving reserving and excepting from said sale
however a parallelogram Twelve (12) feet wide off of
the North end or side of lot Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) for
a road way or street containing by Estimation  acres
of land more or less. Together with all and singular the ten
ements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same
unto him the said J. Simonson and to his heirs execu
tors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
and I the said Martha D. Jackson Widow do covenant
and agree that I am lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that I have
good and lawful right to Sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any what
soever and that I will and my heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said J. Simonson and
to his heirs executors administrator and assigns again
st the lawful claims and demands of any and all per
sons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 9th day of March
