Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this the Twelft
day of March A.D. 1883 between Jesse H. Goss and Rebeca
P. Goss his wife parties of the first part and Weslley Blake
party of the second part witnesseth that the parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred dollars to them paid by the party of the second
part do sell grant alien release and confirm unto the party
of the second part his heirs and assigns certain lots or parcels
of land in Alachua County State of Florida Known and de
scribed in Goss Addition to the Town of Gainesville as
block One (B1) Range Two (R2) Four hundred feet square
in Section Nine (S 9) Township Ten (T10) Range Twenty
(R 20) Together with the members rights tenements heredit
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also
the estate right title interest and claim of dower of
in and to all and singular the premises aforesaid to 
have and to hold the said lands in fee simple And the
parties of the first part do bind themselves their heirs ex
ecutors and administrators and each of them to warrant
and defend forever the title to said premises unto the
second party his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the claims of all persons claiming or to claim
under by or through the parties of the first part In witness
whereof the parties of the first part have hereunto set
their hands and seals the day and year first above
