described as follows to wit The undivided half of the
South East quarter of Section Nine (9) Township Eleven
(11) S of Range Eighteen (18) East near Archer Fla containing
by estimation 160/2 (80) acres of land more or less Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To
have and to hold the same unto him the said John H.
Winslow and to his heirs executors administrators and assi
gns in fee simple absolute and that we the said Samuel
L. Smith & Adora E. Smith do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Jno H. Winslow that we are lawfully
sized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same unto him the said Jno H. Winslow and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same In Witness where

ing conveyance who being first duly questioned and exam

and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all her fight of Dower in and to the land in
said deed described and that said relinquishment and renun
ciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and Volun
tarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband.
