State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered
Alachua County   } into this 8th day of November AD 1882
Between James R. Crawford and Mrs M.A. Crawford his
wife who Joins in this deed for the purpose of renouncing
and relinquishing all her right of dower in and to the property
here in after described and conveyed of the first part
and L.W. Jackson of the second part all of the
aforesaid State and County.
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
& Eighty Dollars to them in hand paid. The receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
released sold and quit claim. And by these presents
do grant bargain release sell and quit claim unto the
said party of the second part, all that certain lot tract
piece or parcel of Land lying and being situated
in the a fore said State and County particularly
described as follows to wit. Beginning at a point
on the Eastern boundary line of the D.L. Clinch grant
which point is located 25 twenty five chains and
thirty five links (35) links south four and a quarter (4 1/4)
degrees west of and from the point at which the
Northern boundary line of section (16) in Township Ten (10)
south Range Twenty 20 East intersects the said Eastern
boundary line of the said Clinch grant.
and running from said point of beginning north seventy
six (76) degrees East Twenty five (25) chains and Ten (10)
links to the middle of the run of sweet water branch.
Thence down the run of said branch in a south-
-westerly direction to where the said Eastern boundary
line of the said Clinch grant crosses the run of said
branch. Thence North four and a quarter chains (4 1/4)
degrees East along the said Eastern boundary line of the said
Clinch grant Twenty Eight (28) chains and Eighty (80) links to the
point of beginning containing by Estimation Thirty Three
33 Acres of Land more or less.
To have and to hold unto him the L.W. Jackson
and to his heirs Executors administrators and assigns for ever
in fee simple absolute. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining.

have hereunto set their hands & affix their seals the day
