James Evans and Wife to John M Roberts
                   "Deed"
This indenture mad the 6th day of September in the Year one thousand
eight hundred and Seventy two between James Evans of the town of
Fayetteville in the County of Fayetteville State of Florida and Adeline
M. Evans his wife parties of the first part and John M. Roberts of
the County of Lafayette and State of Florida party of the Second
part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars
lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is acknowledged
have remised released and quit claimed and by these presents do
remise release and quit claim unto the said party of the second
part and to his Heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece or
parcel of land lying and being situated in the town of fayette=
ville County of Lafayette State of Florida this piece or parcel of
land lays on the West bank of Suwannee River in Lot (No 51) of
Section (No 7) Township (9) South of Range (14) East said lot or
parcel of land contains (30) thirty feet in the North west corner of
the above named lot of land 30 feet East and 30 feet west and 30 feet
North and South on corner of lot above named more or less together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and the reversion remain rents Issues and
profits thereof and all the estates title and Interest of the said
James Evans and his wife Adelaide M. Evans to the said premises
or any part thereof Also lot of land lying on the East
Side of Suwannee River in Alachua County State of
Florida (No 4) Section (7) Township (9) South of Range (14) East
containing 89 acres with the ferry attached to said lot of land
which I do warrant and defend forever Together with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
Issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title
Interest dower and right of dower property possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity of the
first said parties of the first part of in and to the above
described premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances to have and to hold all and singular
the above mentioned and described premises together with
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof the said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and Seals
