I Martha P. Perry Widow of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of my love for
and (5) Five dollars to me in hand paid by Marion L.

the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bar
gained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto her the said Marion L. Sanchez
