leading from Newnansville to Ocala where it enters the Lane
between J.B. Dawkins and John R. Bevill's field and running
north along the public road four hundred yards thence
East to the section line thence south four hundred yards to
Corner of Section (30) Thirty thence west to public road again in
section (30) Thirty Township (9) Range nineteen (19) Containing sixty
four Acres of land be the same more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
to have and to hold the same unto him the said Jackson Trapp
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute and I, the said Jno R. Bevill, do hereby
Covenant and agree to and with the said Jackson Trapp
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby Conveyed And that we have good and Lawful
right to sell and Convey the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind what so ever and that
I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and
will for ever warrant and defend the same unto them the
said Jackson Trapp and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the Lawful Claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or here
after to Claim the same.

of December A.D. 1882 before me personally appeared
Mrs. Lizzie Bevill wife of John R. Bevill the grantor in the
fore going Conveyance who being first duely questioned
and examined by me separate and a part from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said deed of Conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of dower
in and to the land in said deed described and that
her relinquishment and renunciation of dower was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband
