John R. Bevill and Lizzie Bevill who acknow
-ledged that they executed signed sealed and
delivered the fore going deed of conveyance for the
uses and purposes there in contained and expressed

         John C. Balis To D.L. Frazier

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
Cornelia M. Balis and John C. Balis her husband
of the afore said county and state for and in consideration
of the sum of Four hundred & fifty Dollars to them in
hand paid by David L. Frazier of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida. The receipt where of
they do hereby acknowledge Have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said David L.
Frazier. All of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit. The lot of land lying in the village of
Fairbanks County and State a fore said known as
Levan's Store. Beginning at a point sixty six feet due East
from the North West corner of second and exchange street
running thence East to the limits of the transit Rail Road
Company's land thence along said Rail Road Companys line in
a south westerly direction to second street, thence north
a long second street to place of beginning and it is further
agreed and understood that no gambling shall be allowed
nor Liquors sold on these premises
Containing by Estimation one half Acres of Land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
any wise appertaining to have and to hold the same
unto him the said David L. Frazier
