               "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made on this the 14th day of April
Alachua County   } in the year one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty one between Esther M. Powell and her husband Benj W. Powell
of the first part and Walter Bruce of the second part all of the State
& County aforesaid Witnesseth, That for and in consideration of the sum
of Three Hundred and Fifty dollars to them in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the said parties of the first part have
given granted bargained sold and conveyed & by these presents do so
give grant sell & convey to the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns the following real estate "That is to Say" One Lot containing
Forty acres more or less of land and land covered with water being and
Situate in Frac Section Twenty one Township eleven and Rang
Twenty in the County & State aforesaid; beginning at the North West
corner of a tract of land recently conveyed by the parties of the
first part to Messes Suter & Minshall, thence North Eighty four and
a half degrees West twenty chains thence South five and a half degrees
